The short version
I am Logan Parker, a real estate sales agent licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and associated with JD Walters Real Estate. I work with buyers and sellers across Bell County and the surrounding Central Texas communities, mostly in Temple, Belton, Salado, Harker Heights and Killeen.

How I work
I would rather tell you the truth than make a sale
A house that is wrong for you is still wrong for you after closing. If the foundation worries me, if the price does not hold up against the comparables, if the timing would put you in a bind, you will hear it from me first.
I explain the parts that usually go unexplained
Option periods, financing contingencies, survey issues, title commitments, seller disclosures, the difference between an inspection and an appraisal. None of it is complicated once somebody walks you through it, and all of it costs money when nobody does.
I keep you informed between the big moments
Most of the stress in a transaction comes from silence. You will know where things stand without having to chase me for an update.
I work inside a real brokerage
JD Walters Real Estate is a full-service Texas brokerage owned and led by broker Jessie Walters. The firm handles listings and buyer representation and also builds custom homes, which means there is genuine construction knowledge in the building when a property raises questions. I am an agent with the firm; I do not own or operate the brokerage.
Where I work
Temple, Belton, Salado, Harker Heights and Killeen are the five communities I know best, and each has a page on this site. I also work in Nolanville, Morgan’s Point Resort, Troy, Holland and the smaller communities nearby.
