What this site collects, why, and how to have it removed.

This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only. Other sites linked from here, including the property search site, have their own policies.
Who is responsible for this site
This website is operated by Logan Parker, a real estate sales agent licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, license #661785, associated with JD Walters Real Estate. You can reach us at logan@jdwalters.net or 254-624-0542.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number, your preferred contact method, and whatever you write in the message, property address or notes fields. Whether you check the optional marketing box is recorded as well.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the hosting server keeps standard technical logs, which may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Why we collect it
- To answer your inquiry and provide the real estate services you asked about
- To keep a record of communications relating to a transaction, as real estate record-keeping obligations require
- To send occasional market updates, but only if you checked the optional box asking for them
- To operate and secure the website
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to marketing emails or text messages because you submitted a contact form; that requires the separate optional box, which is never required to get a reply. We do not share your details with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Who may see your information
Your submission is received by Logan Parker and may be shared with JD Walters Real Estate and with the service providers needed to run the business, such as the website host, the email provider and, where a transaction is under way, the title company, lender or other parties to that transaction. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to meet the record-keeping requirements that apply to real estate brokerage activity in Texas, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask for a copy
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Stop marketing messages at any time by replying, using the unsubscribe link, or simply telling us
